Tuesday - March 16th, 2010
  • Group meeting to finalize an idea for the project.
  • Spoke with Prof Witiger regarding our idea
  • A second group meeting was held to discuss project needs

Wednesday- March 17th, 2010
  • Division of Labor
    • Rana and Hiba
      • Explore creating a viral campaign
      • Marketing Research to gather student opinion on the existing UTOR ID cards
      • Define problems with the existing system
      • Explore the opportunities for successful implementation of our idea on the UTM campus
    • Kevieon and Mostafa
      • Create and manage Wikispace
      • Reconcile group information and post it
    • Radi
      • Creating and designing an interactive video to raise awareness of our project
      • Video should relate somehow to the problems identified in our Marketing Research

Saturday - March 20th, 2010
  • Interviewed UTM students to understand problems with the existing system
  • Interview was filmed and will be compiled into a YouTube video
  • Video will be used as part of our 5-Step Marketing Research process

Sunday - March 21st, 2010
  • Group meeting at 12pm
  • Discussion of GOPST and other project needs

Tuesday - March 23rd, 2010
  • In-class presentation to Witiger
  • Need to have strong components to present by Tuesday
